# **Connection Issues** > **Tips:** > If you are using proxy such as Squid proxy (not ISP proxy). > You can figure out what's the issue by connecting using normal WiFi connection that is different provider from your mobile. > If the connection is successful then you have to check your payload and your remote proxy address. ### **Connected but received DNS error** ☆ This is for VPN connection method only (Also known as no Internet) Some firmware or device contain bugs that prevent DNS from working properly. Known devices that having this issue is Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Lenovo. **Possible Solutions** * Enable/disable Google DNS * Enable DNS forwarding (Test around until you get it working) # **Common HTTP error code** 302 - If you are getting 302 HTTP header code that means your ISP is redirecting your request to their captive portal page. Normally ISP blacklisted your remote proxy or the HTTP Payload 400 - This indicate that your payload is invalid and can't be understand by remote proxy 4XX - HTTP error code that start with 400 and above usually indicate users sided error. Such as invalid payload. 5XX - HTTP error code that start with 500 usually indicate error occurred within server side. # **Network** **Connection timeout** It could be that your network connection is slow or the remote proxy is slow **Slow Connection** If your device support 4G connection, you are highly recommended to switch to 4G capable sim card. 3G connection is normally congested in populated area which will slow down your connection during peak hours. If your area have 4G connection but you are getting 3G connection, you can force your mobile network to 4G using "Radio Network" in HTTP Injector app. For detailed information regarding "Radio Network" please click here. ### **Sudden Slow Connection** * Connection broken due to device idling/power saver **Solution:** Reconnect (From the app or notification bar) * Server/Network congested **Solution:** Restart device or switch to another config/server # **Application** > Unable to click "Allow VPN connection" from VPN confirmation dialog **Solution: ** Restart your device. If issue still persist, please remove any apps that pop up on your home screen such as "Power Saver, Color Tinting, Chat Bubbles" related apps. > Apps is crashing **Solution: ** * Reinstall the app or clear the app data completely. * Make sure you are using latest android version. * Use official or reputable custom ROM (firmware), some firmware is buggy and unstable. # Proxy 403 - Proxy is blocking your access or require authentication # SSH Please refer to
